The remaining 15% will be used to support my charity in Ukraine, Mental Help Global. It’s a pioneering effort to use artificial intelligence to bridge the chasm between the need for mental health support and the catastrophically few (in proportion to need) mental health practitioners.

Here’s the first item accepted for the Global Charity Auction
12 Dinner Plates from Tsar Alexander II
The plates came from the Summer Palace, St. Petersburg, and were made during the reign of Nicholas I (1796-1855) for his son, the future Tsar Alexander II (1818-1881).They were made in the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory while Alexander was still Grand Duke Nicholaevich.
Tsar Alexander II was famous for, in 1861, emancipating the 40 million serfs in Russia, allowing them to marry, hold property, and vote. There are two more from this set in a St. Petersburg Museum, but while those two have imperfections and discolorations, these 12 plates appear to be in perfect condition.
